We have adopted a very comprehensive Vaccination
and Deworming Schedule. When they are 8wks old  
they are ready to go to their new homes.
Day 14--Pyrantel Pamoate (Nemex 2)
Day 28--Pyrantel Pamoate and PV vaccine
Day 42--Fenbendazole and DA2PPv vaccine
Day 43--Fenbendazole (Safe-Guard)
Day 44--Fenbendazole
Day 46--Sulfadimethoxine ( Albon )
Day 47--Sulfadimethoxine
Day 48--Sulfadimethoxine
Day 49--Sulfadimethoxine
Day 50--Sulfadimethoxine
Day 54--Fenbendazole
Day 55--Fenbendazole
Day 56--Fenbendazole and DA2ppv vaccine

Pyrantel Pamoate is a mild, very safe wormer used
for young puppies.  It is used in many wormers (ex.
Nemex2). It controls roundworm and hookworm.
Fenbendazole is a stronger wormer, yet still very
safe. It is used in many wormers (ex. Safe-Guard)  to
control hookworm, roundworm, whip worm, tapeworm
and giardia. It is a 3 day treatment.
Sulfadimethoxine is a sulfur antibiotic.  It is also
very safe to use on puppies, commonly called Albon.
It is a 5 day treatment.  It is used to treat many
common ailments of puppies including Coccidia.
Pv  vaccine is a single dose Parvo-only vaccine given
at 4 weeks of age to help raise the puppy's immunity.
DA2PPv vaccine is commonly referred to as the
puppy shot. It is given at 6 and 8 weeks of age.
It contains Canine Distemper, Adenovirus Type 2,
Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus vaccine.
